Samples are free, but postage should be payed by customers.
If proofing is required, you need to pay 250/sample in advance. This payment will be refunded to your payment account after order is completed.
Prompt goods will be delivered within 48 hours. If made with greige cloth, our product can be delivered within 7 days after colour sample is confirmed. Customized fabrics of 1000-5000 meters will need about 20 days of production, and 5000-10000 meters will need around 30 days. Detailed delivery date should be decided according to production season and order quantity. Please contact us to confirm the date in case of misunderstanding.
To deliver samples and orders of small amount, we can advise you to use express delivery, such as TNT, DHL, UPS, EMS etc.
To deliver orders of large amount, we advise you to use air shipping or sea shipping through your nominated forwarder agent. Also our long-term cooperated agent is also available.
